Our hosts bump into the venue an hour before the trivia starts.
If you require them to show up earlier or stay later, and extra hourly fee applies for their time.
Please keep in mind that although we have hosts all over Australia, we are based in Melbourne and work on AEST.
Please Note: If your venue is located more than 20km outside of the CBD a travel fee will apply.
Please note - By full AV, we mean the following:
  • A place for the host to plug their computer into a screen that is visible by all attendants.
  • A PA speaker system so that both the trivia show audio (from the host's laptop) and the host's microphone can be heard by all attendants.
Most venue function rooms have these capabilities, however we do require that you give them a call and find out. But don't worry!
If you're unsure or your venue of choice doesn't have an AV system, we can provide a full kit for you at extra cost.
*Our base pricing is determined by the number of players

For groups of over 150 players, we will be required to provide a second trivia host to help your event run as smoothly as possible.
Our shows are generally suitable for anyone over the age of 13 and we would class them as "PG". Depending on the environment and the audience we're happy to provide "G" rated trivia.
*Custom Branding includes replacing our logo with your logo and brand colours across the entire trivia show.
*All prices not inclusive of GST
If you had an event booked with us in 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID - please upload the relevant files so that we can honour your quote and confirm previous payment (if applicable)
